Occupying the 40% permitted by the Land Use Law of the lot, in the clearings and "voids" where there were no native trees, generated the design of the house in two distinct blocks, connected by a circulation block on ramps.
The facade block is on the ground floor, with a kitchen integrated into the dining room, which also functions as a veranda between the pool and the garden. The slope of the land was used to create the rear block on 2 levels. On the lower floor, more private, are the bedrooms, and on the upper floor, the living and games room, with access to a terrace. On the roof, another terrace was created for contemplation, a clothesline, and planters.
From the street, only the ground floor facade is visible, and it is a surprise that, upon entering the house, one encounters the spaciousness of the rooms on different levels.
The stone gables were made with stones from the land, when it needed to be cleared and its levels adjusted.
The circulation block is permanently ventilated through the perforated elements. Between the two buildings, a deck with a swimming pool was created as a central leisure and gathering area. The deck connects with larger rocks that were present on the site and were incorporated into the building's landscape.
