Tintoretto House : The project draws inspiration from the Mediterranean character of its setting: a summer house immersed in a garden that is both generous and sunlit, yet intimate and shaded, and an interior shaped by a succession of arched passages.
The new configuration reinterprets these organic forms through a sequence of interconnected, semi-open spaces that blur the boundary between inside and outside. Arched passages structure the circulation throughout the house, accompanied by a continuous built-in bench, masonry planters and terracotta sunbreaks that subtly recall the pattern of the existing staircase balustrade.
The spatial arrangement is organised around open and permeable living areas oriented towards the terraces and outdoor spaces. Through their texture, colour and material presence, terracotta, pine wood, green ceramics and terrazzo contribute to a timeless Mediterranean atmosphere.
