Vlad Sebastian Rusu Architecture Office is a Romanian studio founded in 2008 in Cluj-Napoca by Assoc. Prof. PhD. Arch. Vlad Sebastian Rusu, recognized for award-winning revitalization and heritage projects across Romania and Europe. The office has earned numerous national and international prizes, including the prestigious Europa Nostra Award (2017) for the refurbishment of the Cultural Palace in Blaj.
