SUP (Simple Architecture Studio) was founded in Beijing in 2011 by Professor Song Yehao of the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University and his partners. The studio is dedicated to the research and practice of sustainable cities and architecture. SUP insists on achieving simultaneous sustainability of natural resources and human society through simple architectural design, research into the construction of natural and local materials, and careful treatment of the site and natural environment, allowing architecture to blend into the environment and become close to people's lives.

Completed works have won numerous important international and domestic awards and have been published in international and domestic journals. Furthermore, many of their academic research findings have been published in important international and domestic academic journals.
