Teitaku Subako is exploring a new working model for architects by limiting its activity area to Kamakura, Zushi, and Hayama. By leveraging the characteristics of the local area, it aims for a work-life balance that enriches the quality of life for individual architects without compromising on the density of design. Furthermore, by creating a collective system in which architects with ties to the region bring together their expertise, it is building an environment that supports both each individual's architectural exploration and career development.
