Designing a space involves making many decisions: where to locate it, how to orient it, what to open, what to protect, how to organize the routes, how to relate to the landscape or context, how to take care of the budget and how to transform an initial idea into a coherent built work.

Our job is to organize that process with clarity, judgment and sensitivity, so that each decision contributes to a precise, unique and deeply enjoyable project.

We are Nataša Stanaćev (Zrenjanin, Serbia, 1985) and Manu Granados (Jerez, Spain, 1986), architects who graduated with highest distinction from the universities of Belgrade and Seville, respectively.

We met in Chile in 2013, while developing our professional practice collaborating with renowned architecture firms. Since then, our careers have unfolded between Serbia, Spain, and Chile, in constant dialogue with diverse landscapes, cultures, and ways of living.

Over the years, we have developed more than fifty projects in very different contexts: family homes, vacation homes, projects on complex sites, interior renovations, commercial spaces, cafes, a coffee factory, a roastery, and hospitality projects. Our experience in residential architecture coexists with a line of work focused on interior design, commercial spaces, and hospitality, always driven by the same goal: to create bespoke spaces that are sensitive to their context, precise in their design choices, and memorable in the experiences they generate.

At Stanaćev Granados Arquitectos, we create signature architecture from a humanistic, reflective perspective, deeply attentive to the people who will inhabit, move through, or experience each space. We specialize in the design and comprehensive management of bespoke projects, accompanying our clients from the initial concepts to the complete development of the project.

We don't start from a formula or a preconceived style. Each project is born from a careful exploration of its conditions: the site, the light, the climate, the topography, the program, the budget, the client's identity, and how it will be lived in or used. From this analysis, we seek unique, sustainable, and precise solutions, capable of responding to the present and enduring over time.

The result is spaces designed to be lived in naturally and with enjoyment: bright, comfortable, well-oriented, sensitive to the context and capable of transforming the everyday experience—domestic, commercial or hospitality—into something more fluid, more conscious and more special.

From our office in Matanzas, we develop residential architecture, interior design and hospitality space projects on the Chilean coast and other territories, both within and outside of Chile, accompanying clients who seek a unique project, sensitive to the place and designed with precision from the first concept to the work.
