Founded in 2008 by Sebastián Fernández de Córdova, Erika Peinado and Mariano Donoso Rea, Sommet is today a leading studio of simplicity, sobriety and architectural frankness.

Our origin was the development of our own projects, and then we expanded into providing services for planning, design, project management, direction and administration of buildings, developing more than 60 projects, ranging from residential to institutional, with a team of 20 professionals committed to achieving a quality concept of a personalized office and the efficiency of a large company.

Our projects are a testament to this commitment, resulting in architecture free of unnecessary embellishments and featuring rationally distributed and fluid spaces, where form is a clear reflection of the supporting structure; the interior integrates with the exterior; materiality supports the comfort of its environments, and small details take center stage.
