In 2004 Jasmit founded Rangr Studio, a design firm committed to creating architecture in harmony with its landscape, climate and the environment. The firm has designed and built architecture across the United States and internationally, including the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica and India.

Each site has a unique relationship to the sun, a microclimate of its own, a relationship to forms around it, and a view beyond its perimeter. Each site embodies a singular environment. We understand that environment as a pre-existing architecture. Our interventions build on what is already there, refining a site’s environment for its future use. We think of our process as Evolutionary Architecture.
