After founding untercio studio in 2006 and following nearly ten years of competitions, projects, and completed works, Daniel Bergman and Miguel Herraiz are embarking on a new path at MADhel studio. There, they will continue exploring avenues they have already forged—from the building to the city and from the city to the building—while also exploring new challenges and technologies, such as sustainability and BIM. Their urban architecture is deeply connected to the city, with a particular focus on housing and a local-scale approach to urban planning that carefully considers and prepares for the integration of buildings.
