Driven by this question, two recently graduated architects from Rio Grande do Sul founded LEIVA Rural Architecture in 2019. Today, the firm serves rural properties, country estates, farms, and large land developments throughout Brazil.
More than designing buildings, their goal was to help people create a life in the countryside with greater purpose, beauty, practicality, and functionality. Over time, this vision evolved into a new design methodology: Territory Planning — an approach that transformed how architects can design and organize rural properties.
