Architect Cho Han-jun has accumulated extensive practical experience over a long period, working at various domestic firms ranging from small to large-scale. He possesses a passion and interest in new and exciting projects, hoping that the results will benefit everyone involved.

He emphasizes that in his work, neither function, design, nor the technical considerations required to resolve them can be neglected. He states that one must maintain professionalism and communicate with all relevant fields throughout the entire process leading up to the completion of a building. After graduating from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Korea University, Cho gained practical experience at firms such as Gowoo Architects, Space Architecture, Haeahn Architecture, and Sigan Architecture. His completed projects include the Yeouido Richensia Mixed-Use Complex, the Construction of the Suwon City Hall No. 2, Songpa Fun Stadium, Mapo-gu Administrative Town, Alpensia Winter Olympics District, and the North Seoul Dream Forest Cultural Center.

To satisfy his interest and desire for smaller-scale projects, he established ThEPluS Architects in 2013.

He has maintained a focus on small-scale projects commonly encountered in daily life, communicating with clients as he continued his work, and changed the company name to Jo Han Jun Architects Co., Ltd. in 2020. His greatest asset is the experience and know-how gained from executing a diverse range of projects, both large and small. He is an architect who fully understands the roles required of the client, contractor, and architect, and possesses a deep interest and deep contemplation regarding the establishment of these relationships.

Following his debut, he received the Excellence Award at the 34th Seoul Architecture Awards and the Grand Prize at the 2016 Emerging Architects Awards organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2016.

Since then, he has won numerous architectural awards and continues to take on challenges with a sustained interest in public architecture; in 2024,

he won the competition for the Sapgyo Intergenerational Care Culture Center, themed around rural regeneration and the revitalization of local communities.
