IPA is an interdisciplinary design practice led by architect Filip Kozarski. The office specializes in comprehensive public interior and architectural projects. Cultural projects are a particularly important part of the office's work, including curatorial projects, temporary architecture, critical architecture, and socially engaged architecture.
Additionally, since 2008, IPA has been co-organizing the first Pecha Kucha meetings in Poland in the Tricity area.
IPA is short for i prefer analog , the belief that the world is moving too fast and there comes a time when we should slow down and think about what to do next.
A broad spectrum of experience, private and public clients, postgraduate studies in revitalization, and an unfinished doctorate on the gray zone of urban planning allow IPA to navigate complex contexts and create appropriate responses to design challenges. As Ch. Bukowski used to say, "you need guts, a sense of humor, and style"!
