Kee Jing Zhi is an award-winning architect known for his soulful, narrative-driven approach to design. He was selected for the URA ‘20 Under 45’ programme, which recognises Singapore’s rising architectural talent.
Featured in Robb Report Thought Leaders 2025, Kee was also a key design member in the creation of the iconic Gardens by the Bay. His work emphasises spatial storytelling in the luxury residential sector, including Oku House - shortlisted for the SIA Design Awards 2025 and the award-winning Sengkang Riverside Park Childcare Centre.

Before founding Freight Architects, he managed commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and mixed-use projects with DP Architects. KK continues to extend his expertise at Freight Architects, collaborating with owners and developers on projects of varying scales and typologies, including a serviced apartment development in Yangon. A Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore, his practice reflects a consistent commitment to socially responsive and economically grounded design.

Kian Teck is dedicated to social architecture and the creation of sustainable ‘CARE’ spaces that foster communities and enhance place-making. He has extensive experience managing large- scale construction projects in Singapore including commercial developments and childcare centres, overseeing all technical, regulatory and submission processes from conception to completion.
His notable works include The Reserve, winner of the SIA Design Awards 2025, reflecting his commitment to thoughtful, context-sensitive, and socially engaging design that responds meaningfully to both people and place.
