CIERTO ESTUDIO is an architecture studio founded in 2014 by six young architects: Marta Benedicto, Ivet Gasol, Carlota de Gispert, Anna Llonch, Lucia Millet, and Clara Vidal.

Since then, the team has grown and solidified its professional practice. Having emerged from a pluralistic environment, its thinking is inevitably diverse and is reflected in its collaborative work methodology, which seeks maximum architectural expression and a distinctive character.

They are particularly fascinated by the field of collective housing, with innovative designs intended to adapt to different lifestyles. In this area, the studio won its first award in 2017 for 'Illa Glòries' in Barcelona: a master plan for a mixed-use urban block and the development of one of the four collective housing units that comprise the block. Their 'Kitch-room' project also won first prize for the development of a 68-unit apartment building with public amenities on the ground floor, whose housing typology emphasizes the central role of the kitchen in the home.

Finally, their recent commission to lead the New Green Axes Model of the 'Superilla Barcelona' urban development plan has allowed the studio to lay the groundwork for the sustainable transformation of the Eixample district over the next decade. Within this plan, the studio is also responsible for the design of Consell de Cent street, the main thoroughfare.

These three public projects are currently under construction, reflecting Cierto Estudio's desire to showcase its work beyond the confines of its beloved hometown of Barcelona.
