Baquio Arquitectura is an architecture studio established in Ecuador, directed by Jose Granda Jaramillo, architect from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (2012-2017), Master in Advanced Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2018-2019).
The studio's main focus is promoting ways of living that adapt to the diverse dynamics and complexities of today. Through constant exploration, Baquio Arquitectura concentrates on rescuing and valuing local characteristics, as well as traditional influences, especially from the East, in each of its projects.
Through a forward-looking approach, the studio seeks to create designs that create solutions in accordance with the discipline, technique and aesthetics, responding to the specific needs of its clients, materials, time and contexts.
