Founded in 2018 by brothers Francesco and Paolo Manzoni, a25architetti is an architecture firm based in Sirtori, a small village at the foot of the Montevecchia hill ridge in the upper Brianza region. We offer architecture, urban planning, interior design, and design services, drawing on the diverse expertise we've developed over the years in architecture, interior design, urban architecture, and land-use planning.

This allows us to manage projects from the ground up, from the urban scale to the architectural scale. a25architetti also has a private residence on the upper floors: this stems from the need to foster a close connection between work and home life, to find "focus" and address the profound, existential questions of living, which are currently hidden but can be rediscovered within the inevitable interconnected world we live in. It is therefore at this precise moment in history that, starting from the exploration of the atmospheres of a place or space, with its history and the materials from which they are composed, we can return to designing human desires for living, thus enhancing the identity and culture of our region. In 2019, the firm was selected along with five other Italian architecture firms to represent the nation with the "Bressanella Agricultural Pavilion" project at the 2019 International Architectural Piranesi Award.

In 2020, it won the 2020 BigSEE Architecture Awards in the Public and Commercial Architecture category. In 2021, the studio was again selected, along with four other Italian architecture firms, to represent the country with the project "Il Rifugio del Gelso" at the International Architectural Piranesi Award 2021. In November 2021, the National Council of Architects, with a jury chaired by Jette Cathrin Hopp (Studio Snøhetta), awarded the studio the "YOUNG TALENT IN ITALIAN ARCHITECTURE 2021" award.
